PRECIOUS METALS
 

INTRODUCTION
 

     Precious metals are used in everyday life. They are used for tools, currency, jewelry, as well as art. You can find precious metals in computer components as well as self. They are found rare within the earth’s core or surface, then fabricated for our use, vanity, and shaped.   Mostly they are used for modern currency.

WHAT ARE THEY?
 

     Precious metal is a rare, naturally occurring metallic chemical element of high economic value, which is not radioactive. Precious metals have been used for; tools, weapons, art, jewelry, and coinage. Many of these precious metals may and have been traded from a range of different values. The best-known three precious metals are; silver, gold, and platinum.
