There is an area in South Australia where there are some spectacular folded rocks that have been eroded
away, revealing amazing patterns.

The general location is maked by a yellow icon.

a closer view of the location

The folds are part of the Flinders Ranges

It is difficult to realize that these are hard rocks, not deformed plastic.
