Introduction

Seeking a career in computers is my new goal.  Working with a company that requires for me to know the terminology, hardware, and software is a big step.  Although, I am willing to excel in whatever it takes to learn this fast growing field.  From a personal perspective, Computers is a promising future.  However, keeping up with technology is another challenge itself.

One of the outcomes for this networking course was to know topologies and their advantage and disadvantages.  In the artifacts section you will see where I have demonstrated a “Bus Topology” and “Ring Topology” diagrams.  Below each diagram you will see as to how they are different.  There is so much to know and learn this is just a small version to basically know and understand each topology.

This artifact I have chosen is to express that I have basic knowledge and understanding of the “Bus” and “Ring” topologies.  By taking this course I have achieved my basic understanding of networking.  This has provided me with knowledge to bring back to work where I will use every day.  In the future I will continue to attend computer courses to help build my success in computers.
