JOIN THE MIRAGE

The Mirage is produced via a Cochise College course offered at both the Douglas and Sierra Vista Campuses. The course includes application of promotion, editing, design, layout, and production techniques. It may be taken more than once for credit.

Prerequisite(s): ENG 101. Recommended: CIS 285/JRN 207/MED 207.

A student can take the course by registering either for English 257 (3 credits) or Journalism 257 (3 credits).

The Mirage class is unique in many ways, one of which is that, although the class is conducted over a 16-week period, it overlaps the fall and spring semesters. The first class meeting is held the first week of the second eight week session in fall; the last meeting is the last week of the first eight week session in spring.

To join the Mirage staff, please contact one of the faculty advisers of the Mirage. Visit our Contact Us page.
